How long do our lash clusters last?

RIZADA lash clusters can be worn for a single day or for multiple days when applied with a long-wear bond and sealed correctly. Wear time varies depending on your application method, aftercare, and lifestyle.

Are they reusable?

Yes! With proper care and gentle removal, the lash clusters can be reused multiple times. Carefully remove any leftover adhesive after each wear and store them back in their tray.

Are they beginner-friendly?

Absolutely. Whether you're new to lash clusters or already experienced, the lightweight clusters are designed for easy application and comfortable wear.

Do I need lash glue?

Yes. The lash clusters require a lash bond or adhesive for application. Adhesive is sold separately unless otherwise stated.

How do I remove them?

Use a lash remover or an oil-based makeup remover to gently dissolve the adhesive. Never pull the clusters off, as this may damage your natural lashes.

What are your lashes made from?

The lash clusters are handcrafted using premium PBT fibres for a soft, lightweight feel and a natural-looking finish.

Are your lashes cruelty-free?

Yes. All RIZADA lashes are cruelty-free.

Do you offer London pickup?

Yes! Free pickup is available for customers in London. Pickup details will be sent after your order is confirmed.

Do you ship across the UK?

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are usually packed within 1–3 working days. During launches or busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Can I return my order?

For hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened lash products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and we'll be happy to help.
